Answer: We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express at all three properties and in all of our restaurants and bars.

Question: Do you offer early check-in?
Answer: Yes we do offer this subject to availability. There is no additional charge for this service.

Question: Do you offer late check-out?
Answer: Yes we do offer this subject to availability. Here are the prices:

US $40.00 after 11 am - Bay Gardens Hotel or Inn
US $60.00 after 11 am - Bay Gardens Beach Resort and Spa.

Question: Are room upgrades available and at what cost?
Answer: Room upgrades are available subject to availability. The cost of the upgrade is assessed on a case by case basis. Contact reception for more detail.

Question: Do you offer All Inclusive Packages?
Answer: All three of our properties offer All Inclusive Packages at a suppliment cost. For more information on our dinning plan options, click here.

Question: Do you offer transporation from the Airport?
Answer: We have the ability to arrange transportation from both our airports on the island. From our Hewanorra International Airport, the cost is US $90.00 and from our George F.L Charles Domestic Airport it is US $25.00, for up to 4 persons, additional costs apply for extra passengers.

Question: What activities do you have for families?
Answer: There are tons of activities available at Bay Gardens Resorts for families. We recently revamped our Kids Club (Ages 4-16) to include even more daily fun activities and also offer complementary non-motorized water sports once you are a guest at the Bay Gardens Beach Resort and Spa as well as low cost motorized water sports. Special discounts apply for those at the Bay Gardens Hotel and Inn. Our various style pools provides hours of fun and because we are located in the entertainment capital of Saint Lucia, there are tons of outdoor activities also available. There is never a dull moment with the Bay Gardens experience.

Question: What voltage plugs do you have in the rooms?
Answer: At the Bay Gardens Hotel and Inn we have both 110 and 220 Voltage plugs and at the Bay Gardens Beach Resort and Spa we have 220 Voltage plugs, while offering 110-220 transformers at reception.
