Big daddy's is our in house restaurant for your all day dining needs. Open on all sides, facing the pool, warm and inviting interiors with colorful wall murals by local artist Angelina Kumar.time stands still as you sip on a cold beer or a freshly brewed cup of coffee.

Under the helm of celebrity Chef Sohan the day starts with a breakfast buffet of local breads, eggs, sausage, Indian dishes, fresh fruit, cereal, tea and coffee. For lunch big daddy's offers a wide selection of salads, soups, sandwiches, burgers, fried local seafood and a selection of classic curries.

In the evening the restaurant does a makeover with candles on the table, linen napkins, soft jazz and an amazing menu of Chef Sohan's holiday cuisine. The dinner menu incorporates local ingredients with western sensibilities to create unique flavors that will keep bringing you back for more. A balanced wine list of Indian made wines makes those dinners even more memorable.
