Restaurant: The Restaurant features free daily breakfast for two for all guests renting through the Palace Resort front desk. This includes choices from delicious items like ham, toast, eggs and grits. Enjoy your first meal of the day with views of the Atlantic Ocean!

Resort Policies

All cash paying guests will be required to place a $100 cash safety guarantee down at check-in. Security deposits will be returned upon check-out. Please note the maximum quantity of adults and children permissible in each unit type under room layouts. Add $10.00 per day for each additional adult. Guests under 21 must be at the resort with a parent or guardian.

Reservation changes: Please call 800-308-7006 for any reservation alterations. Deviations in reservations must be sanctioned by a manager 48 hours in advance of arrival but are not guaranteed. Changing your reservation dates or length of stay will void your existing rates. Your new room rate will be recalculated to the best rate obtainable at the time of alteration made to your reservation.

Personal checks accepted for advance deposit only and must be received 30 days prior to arrival. Canadian reservation must be made in United States currency. We reserve the right to necessitate a minimum number of night's stay in any unit any time of the year. The balance of the room charge is payable upon arrival. No repayments for early departures. Reservations are not moveable. The credit card used for the deposit must be presented at check-in, with matching photo ID.

Cancellation Notice: Reservations must be cancelled prior to 7 days before first stay date for a reservation refund. All reservation refunds will charged a handling fee. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will result in the loss of deposit. Rates are subject to state and local taxes.
