Policies
Extra person charges may apply depending on hotel policy. One responsible adult, 25 years or older, must be staying in each unit. There are no room charges for children 16 and younger occupying the same room as their parents. Number of occupants staying in a room is restricted to the number of beds and the size of the room. Pack and play cribs are available on a first come, first serve basis at check in. Photo identification and credit card or cash deposits are required upon check-in for incidental charges. We reserve the right to require a security deposit and these funds will be deposited into an escrow account. Any earnings derived from these funds shall belong to Agent. The credit card used for the initial deposit must be presented at check-in, with matching photo ID. If card used to secure the reservation is not available upon arrival, a refund will be made and payment will be required in full via an alternative method before the check-in process is completed. All special requests are subject to availability upon check in based on booking date. A fee will be charged if the cancellation is made prior to 7 days before arrival. If cancelled within 7 nights, the guest will forfeit the deposit.
TRAILERS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON PROPERTY FROM APRIL THROUGH THE END OF SEPTEMBER; DURING ALL OTHER TIMES WE HAVE A LIMITED NUMBER OF DESIGNATED PARKING SPACES SPECIFICALLY FOR TRAILERS. TRAILER PARKING IS BASED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS AND CANNOT BE RESERVED. PLEASE CALL THE RESORT FOR MORE INFORMATION ON NEARBY LOCATIONS THAT OFFER TRAILER PARKING FOR A NOMINAL FEE.
